Mr. Elder joined Rodos Realty in 2025, bringing over two decades of expertise in construction, home renovation, and property transformation to Florida’s dynamic Emerald Coast. As the former Owner and Operator of Emerald Coast Home Restoration, Jeff revitalized properties across Crestview, Niceville, Destin, and surrounding areas, forging strong community connections through active involvement with the Building Industry Association (BIA), Habitat for Humanity, and local networking initiatives.

With an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation, Jeff transforms bold concepts into reality through sharp problem-solving and unwavering focus. His charismatic leadership inspires teams to unite around a shared vision, turning challenges into opportunities for growth and operational excellence.

Jeff’s technical proficiency spans carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, painting, roofing, insulation, and cutting-edge smart home systems. Skilled in drafting, 3D modeling, and architectural design, he blends precision and creativity to reimagine outdated spaces into modern, functional masterpieces.

Beyond construction, Jeff possesses deep knowledge of stock and cryptocurrency markets, including blockchain technology and tokenized assets. He stays informed on housing market trends, the global financial system, and emerging economic developments, ensuring a forward-thinking approach to real estate.

Outside the office, Jeff is a dedicated father of three, supporting their passions in competitive dance, cheer, football, golf, and more. A youth baseball coach for over five years, he also enjoys woodworking, drone racing, motorcycle restoration, and tech-driven hobbies. In his free time, Jeff embraces adventure through paddleboarding, Onewheeling, boating, shooting, golfing, ATV excursions, camping, snowboarding, and adventuring to new destinations.
