Beth Rutter
Astrid (Ingrid) Patel focuses primarily on the residential market in the Destin-Walton County-Panama City corridor. Her real estate experience started in 2007 in Northern Virginia where she was a marketer for a national residential builder. As an investor in both residential and commercial properties, she has provided guidance and expertise on commercial developments and other housing programs to her clients.
A native Guatemalan, Astrid lived in Tuscany for over a decade. Her professional experience includes working in a global capacity for an Italian specialty tooling company – her work brought her to 20 countries, and founding her own language school. Astrid’s fluency in Spanish, Italian, French, and Portuguese expands Rodos’ capability to provide a unique value to buyers and sellers from the global community.
Astrid and husband Silas became 30A locals after almost 20 years in the Tampa Bay area. While she enjoys beach time, her passions include Christian mission work for orphanages, combatting human trafficking, and rehabilitation outreach to female prisoners. She is also a Guardian ad Litem Advocate for abused children in the Walton County court system.
